James L. Blake Jr. is a decorated US Army veteran who retired with thirty years of service, and he has conducted and taught physical fitness training for over thirty years while competing in ten-milers, half marathons, and marathons. While James competes as a way to maintain his fitness, he also does so for charitable causes. James is a world traveler and enjoys studying different cultures and giving motivational speeches to the younger generation, encouraging them to identify and control their health and fitness without the need for a personal trainer.
