The simple goal of this book is to help you distinguish hype from reality in the sometimes confusing world of plastic surgery. Illustrated with before-and-after photos of real patients, it will empower you with easy-to-understand knowledge about many of the most popular procedures. Also included are several consultation-style question and answer sections, and a “plan of approach” chapter to give you the confidence to move forward to the next step, whatever that might be — scheduling an initial consultation, or perhaps realizing that you're not ready for plastic surgery after all! This book is written to be your trusted resource to learn what is real about plastic surgery, and how to choose the best plastic surgeon for you. Black & White. 100% of royalties will be donated to SmileTrain, an international charity providing corrective surgery for children with cleft lips and palates.
