Anne Born is a New York based writer and the author of three collections of stories written on the MTA: "A Marshmallow on the Bus," "Prayer Beads on the Train," and "Waiting on a Platform." She is a performing artist in New York and has appeared with Inspired Word NYC, Boundless Tales, No Name & A Bag O' Chips, Inwood Local Poets, and the Platform Series with the New York Transit Museum.
