Stephen R. Gonzalez is an Aviation Survival Technician First Class who served as an instructor at the Coast Guard’s Helicopter Rescue Swimmer Training Facility for five years. His dedication to preparedness and mission readiness is reflected in the training mindset he provides. He is also an NSCA-certified strength coach, specializing in the arena of the tactical athlete population, offering the men and women who serve our country and protect our streets the means to ready themselves while shouldering the constant burden of fitness. He resides in Chesapeake, Virginia, with his wife, Kristin, and three children.
