Cathy Staton is a woman of purpose, passion, and vision. She is a domestic violence survivor, advocate, philanthropist, speaker, author, and life coach. She is the CEO of MyHelpMyHope Foundation Inc., 501c3 a nonprofit organization. Through her testimony from chains to change, she brings to surface the abuse that many face today in hopes that she can erase the stigma, and help prevent it from happening to someone else.
