Synopsis

This is a series of poems signifying a journey through the teenage and early adult years. It has had its share of choices, ups and downs, and upside downs. But through it all, one thing was constant: God's divine providence. No matter what goes on in life, one can rest in knowing that God has a plan, and in the end, any strife we go through will all be worth it. We may not always understand why things happen the way they do, but we find comfort in knowing that God is in control and He is working it all out. And best of all is the hope we have in Him, the promise of an eternity beyond this one. That is the final reward we hold onto as we travel through this journey called life.

À propos de l'auteur

Miranda Becker was born and raised in historic Fredericksburg, Virginia. She later moved on to Lynchburg and went to school at Liberty University, earning her bachelor's degree in social studies and teacher licensure. She then continued her education, obtaining her masters in history while working as a graduate assistant and substitute teacher. She currently teaches high school at a bilingual international school in the Dominican Republic.
