The nation’s Legislative Sessions and the Supreme Court’s annual hearing transitions are also discussed. The EOP Foundation has relied on current and former transition officials as well as articles, studies, and reports from think tanks, and for-profit and non-profit organizations. Our publication’s substantive information includes our perspective on the phases of transition—informal as well as formal transition activities implemented over time.
