Kelly McBride Loft, a culinary artist, shares her repertoire of skillful dining knowledge and trusted entertaining techniques. It is from her international canvas that she paints, with words, the illumination of teachable table opportunities. Kelly has designed events for President George H. W. Bush, ambassadors, and international dignitaries. She has decades of experience as an event designer, with formal culinary training in Europe. Kelly has lived and studied in Europe with advanced studies at the Cordon Bleu Cookery School, London; pastry certification from LaVarenne Culinary School in Burgundy, France; and The Art of French Pastry studies at the Ritz Escoffier Culinary School in Paris. She teaches dining etiquette to adults and children; event planning; international tea exploration; tea etiquette; and the art of the silver tea service. Kelly has authored over 27 books creating the Plan Like A Chef™ book series which focuses on dining etiquette, event planning, and celebration development. She continues to showcase her skills as a professional pastry chef, as an event designer, as an internationally acclaimed author, and as a food writer. Kelly also produces a weekly culinary blog with recipes and entertaining advice titled "Celebration Logic" which can be found her website www.eventplanningbooks.net.
