À propos de l'auteur

Al Dugan was raised in New Orleans. After graduating from Jesuit High School, he received his degree from Louisiana State University.

Dugan spent thirty-six years in the Marine Insurance industry including twelve years as an intermediary for Lloyd’s of London. Early in his career, Dugan received the Chairman’s Award for outstanding service.

Dugan has extensive knowledge and experience in Puerto Rico and Central and South America.
