Sharon Patterson, retired educator, career military wife, and leader in women's ministry, has written inspirational encouragement in various forms, from greeting cards to short stories, poetry, and Bible studies for over thirty-five years. Her books include A Soldier"s Strength from the Psalms, Healing for the Holes in Our Souls, and Where is Happy?. She has also published "Wisdom from the Rearview Mirror", a perpetual flip-desk devotion calendar. Sharon and her husband, Colonel (Ret) Garry Patterson, are the parents of three grown sons. Two sons presently serve in the US Army.
