Synopsis

Janice Sue McCarter is an author and illustrator who specializes in landscapes and florals. She also illustrates the characters in her books.

She grew up in Pittsfield, Illinois, and attended school in nearby Barry. She served for twenty-three years in the US Navy, where she was a Master Chief Personnelman (PNCM/E9).

She loves traveling and lives in Florence, Italy.
