Martin Spriggs and Sallie Draper are the co-hosts of WELSTech (welstech.wels.net), a video and audio podcast that has aired every week since January 2008. The show’s focus is on ministry and technology, and where those two intersect. They often discuss productivity in many stripes – personal, church & school office, organizational, small groups, etc. For years they have been blessed with guests they’ve interviewed who have provided unique insights on many topics including project management. They also receive regular “community feedback” with many tools suggestions, process approaches and other useful takeaways for those interested in running successful projects. Martin is a former parish pastor and currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer for the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS). Between his pastor days and joining WELS, he spent ten years working with technology companies assisting others with the best use of technology to achieve organizational objectives. During that time, he achieved both an MBA with a Certificate in Project Management, as well as his PMP Certification (Project Management Professional). Sallie serves as Technology Trainer for WELS. In this capacity, she wears a variety of hats as she assists and supports WELS employees and volunteers in synod offices and in churches and schools around the world with technology system development, testing and training.
