À propos de l'auteur

David Burnell was born and bred in York. He studied mathematics at Cambridge University, taught the subject in West Africa and then spent his career applying the subject to management problems in the Health Service, coal mining and latterly the water industry. On “retiring” he completed a PhD at Lancaster University on the deeper meaning of data from London’s water meters. He and his wife live in Berkshire but own a small holiday cottage in North Cornwall.
