Since I am a professor of Spanish, for the purposes of this conversation, let’s pick Spanish as the chosen foreign language to be learned. David A. Cuban, PhD. Canadian-American author of French-Spanish ancestry. He attended the University of Toronto and received two Master’s degrees there. He moved to the U.S. to do doctoral studies in the early 90's. David has taught Spanish, English, linguistics and pedagogy at the university level in 7 countries for about 35 years. For the last 30 years, Dr. Cuban has studied the fields of task (time) management, efficiency, comprehensive personal improvement and goal setting sequences. He has published a few books on those subjects.
