Dawn has worked in several schools in the UK. She has worked in busy inner-city schools in London as well as schools in the leafy suburbs. Dawn also spent 10 years working for a local education authority promoting positive behaviour management. In this role, she also supported teachers by modelling good practice and helping prepare schools for inspection. She has always believed that children want to please adults and that if we create the right environment for them, school can be an extremely positive experience for children and teachers alike.
