He is a keen observer of children and knows how children learn. He is aware of the several modalities in teaching and learning. However, he is also aware that children need practice in order to achieve mastery. He had been involved in the correction of the State and City tests. He saw the weaknesses and the strengths of the students. He knows the needs of the students and he can help to provide some of the essentials to ensure greater progress. Leslie Knight has been a teacher, a staff developer, a mentor and an Assistant Principal. This knowledge has given him the experience and the authority to write books that can help in the academic performance of the students.
