Sarah A. Chrisman is an author specializing in late Victorian history and has written a number of books on the subject. She lives in Port Townsend, Washington state's Victorian seaport, in a house built in 1888. She incorporates as much Victorian technology and culture into her daily life as possible, and her personal experiences add vibrancy and realism to her works.
