Allen T. Stanton is Senior Fellow for Leadership, Faith, & Community at the University of the Ozarks' (USA) Town Square Collaborative and an ordained United Methodist pastor. Stanton's work spans public policy, higher education, and pastoral ministry. He is the author of The Gift of Small: Embracing Your Church's Vocation and Reclaiming Rural: Building Thriving Rural Congregations, named a Top 10 Book of the Year by the Academy for Parish Clergy.
