Dr. Danette O’Neal, Author-MONEY MATTERS 101; LEED educator, HGTV alumna, entrepreneur, and trainer is the Broker/Owner of Danette O’Neal Realtors (DOR) with offices in the Greater New Orleans and Atlanta Metro areas. Dr. O’Neal specializes in residential and commercial sales, property management and spiritual architecture. With more than 26 years in real estate, she regularly lends her expertise to nonprofit organizations to expand their missions. In 2009 she founded DOR Referral and Asset Management, a micro-business firm that specializes in financial fitness course development, entrepreneurial training, and consulting for organizational leadership and sustainability. Her focus is on supporting organizations to grow through engaging their people with executive and business coaching, strategic planning and the facilitation of a range of leadership development programs. She holds a PhD in Public Policy and Administration, a Masters in Public Administration both from Walden University, and a M.A. in Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University. She is a Professor and SME for Strayer and Realtor University in the Schools of Business, Real Estate, and Public Administration. Dr. O'Neal is serving nationally on State and Local Issues, Professional Development Committees for the National Association of Realtors. She volunteers as an interpreter for the deaf and is a leader in the Full Gospel Baptist Church International Hearing Impaired Ministry.more than 28 years.
