À propos de l?auteur

My name is Thumblebottom. Allow me to introduce you to the "author" Brian Backus, my only grown-up and quite a project. He exhibits much of the obstinacy of his species, but I am forgiving and permit him to observe and record our benevolent activities for the benefit of all. For a grownup, Brian is a good listener. He does what I say, and respects that each Kreechur is unique. I suspect that comes from having lived in Africa and Papua New Guinea as a child, and then in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. I’m sure he met lots of non-humans, and anyway I like my humans with a nomadic streak. Brian is an evolutionary biologist who went to Harvard. No doubt that's how he explains spending spend time with us to his human friends, but I think he just likes us. He also went to film and art school, and he drew us himself - I watched him! The drawings of us are pretty accurate, except in real life I’m even better looking.
