Synopsis

What is time and how do we measure it? One of the best ways to engage children is by involving them in projects related to their own lives. These step-by-step activities help young children place their daily routines into a chronological sequence, use time-telling tools, learn valuable time-related vocabulary, and create a time line of their own life. Engaging children’s literature stories help them learn the days of the week and the months of the year. It’s About Time includes multiple opportunities for children to practice a rich variety of common core standards for reading/language arts, mathematics, and science.
