Cindy Barber is a Head of Faculty and teacher of History. She has won short story competitions and runs a local writers group. Cindy is a married mother of two boys, living in Essex. Keeper of the Keystone is the first in the Chronicles of Kilion series. The second is currently underway. There is a competition running until December 31st 2016 with two categories aimed at the under 16‘s and the over 16‘s; in under 500 words, create a character and explain who they would be friends or enemies with from the first book. Each winner will receive £50 Amazon voucher and a £50 book voucher for their school. Their characters will also appear in the book with their names being credited.
