Do you struggle with shame because of something you’ve done? Do you find it difficult to accept forgiveness even though it has been offered to you? Do you have a hard time looking at yourself in the mirror without having to look away? You are not alone. Shame is a poison that has kept many of us from living a life of freedom. Shame destroys relationships, kills our self-esteem, and takes away our hope for forgiveness. Too many of us live under the cloud of shame and we find ourselves so desperate for freedom….…if only we were worthy. In the pages of this book, you will find true stories from real people who have struggled with shame. Some of them, through the power of Jesus, have overcome their shame while others are still in the process of dealing with it as they allow God to heal their hearts. As you flip through these pages, you will find biblical truth about the way God sees and loves us despite our sin and our shame. Through the death and resurrection of Jesus, complete redemption and freedom is freely offered to you with no strings attached. It’s time to break the Shame Identity as you discover the truth about grace!

Paul Holway has been a writer since 2014 when he was invited to share his testimony in the book, It’s a God Thing volume one. In August 2015, he self-published his first book, Life After, in which he shares his personal testimony, his life story and the process he went through as God redeemed his life. Paul has shared his story on K-LOVE radio, The Covenant Metal Show, El Shaddai radio, Bondage Pit YouTube channel, as well as Celebrate Recovery groups, Teen Challenge, and local churches. Paul looks for any opportunity to speak life and hope into people’s lives as he encourages them to embrace the freedom that God offers. Paul, along with his wife, Angie, and son, Tristan, make their home in Salem, Oregon where he continues to write and pursue God’s calling on his life.
