Casey has served as a pastor since his ordination in 1981. Together with his wife Patti, they have raised 4 children, who together with their spouses, all serve with them in ministry. Through the years, he has learned through experience why some Christians grow in their faith while others do not. A key reason is that many don't take their purpose on earth seriously enough to discover their calling in life. Casey's books (When a Good Church Goes Bad, Titanic Warning, Who's Your Master?) all focus on leadership or discipleship. His passion is training new leaders to do ministry work. For this reason, he hosts a weekly podcast called, Minister's Toolbox on ITunes, Stitcher Radio, Google Play and others. The purpose of the show is to provide weekly encouragement to church leaders in their vital work. The podcast is also available along with many other resources at ministerstoolbox.com. He is actively engaged in several pastors groups designed to bring leaders together in regions for mutual fellowship, prayer and support.
