Dr. Jenny Yi is a board certified psychiatrist in Northern Virginia. She received a Bachelor’s degree from University of Virginia in 2000. She then attended Gallaudet University with an externship at the Mayo Clinic, and received her Doctorate of Audiology in 2004. After working as an audiologist at University of California, San Francisco, she decided to change her career and entered George Washington University Medical School in 2005. She took a year off during medical school to take care of her first child. She entered George Washington University Psychiatry Residency Program in 2010, and again took another year off to care for her second child. She graduated from residency in 2015, and is living happily with her two children and her loving husband. This is Dr. Yi’s first book, but God willing, there will be many more to come.
