Although the text is oriented to resistive circuits, almost all of the methods presented here are applicable to ac circuits, in the phasor domain, when complex impedances and admittances are used. Rogelio Palomera-García (Palomera, for short), has been with the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus, for 31 years, coming from his native Mexico. His first class as a teacher started 50 years ago, and except for a five year lap, he has enjoyed interacting with students all this time.
