Jay Crowley lives in Jacks Valley near the base of beautiful Lake Tahoe, Nevada. It's a versatile area, offering ranching, mining, agriculture, and gaming. Nevada is a large state that contains everything from rural countryside to the city of Las Vegas as well as the cities of Reno and Carson City. The Nevada background provides a lot of opportunity for stories. Jay has written several short stories for Five59 and was featured in Other Realms: A Collection of Fantasy as well as 13 Bites Vol. III. She has published two novellas: “Cabin in the Meadow” and “A Ship in the Desert,” and a collection of three short stories entitled "Natalie's Adventures."
