Katie H. Peckham has invested her career educating young children, working extensively with preschool students and parents, teaching and administrating programs in early childhood education. She is passionate about literacy and is an advocate for children with dyslexia. Katie and her husband, John, reside in Scottsdale, AZ, with their 4 aspiring young leaders. Alan E. Nelson, Ed.D. is the founder of KidLead Inc. and LeadYoung Training Systems. He’s considered a global expert in young leader development and teaches at USC and the Naval Postgraduate School. Dr. Nelson has 3 grown sons, a daughter-in-law, and granddaughter, has been married to Nancy for over 35 years, and lives near Los Angeles, California.
