À propos de l?auteur

Melba Ruth Anderson was born on September 6, 1918, in Floydada, Texas. A bright, beautiful and happy child, she was stricken at a young age with polio. She earned a high school diploma on the plains of Texas and eventually came to California with her parents, husband and oldest child in the 1940s. As a single disabled parent, she worked at a Goodwill store to help provide a living for herself and her family. She had two daughters with first husband Paul Marshall and two daughters with second husband William Spencer; their oldest died as an infant. After two divorces, she married Wallace Anderson, and they lived happily together until his death in 1976. Life was not perfect or easy, yet she never let her challenges stifle her beautiful spirit. Her poetry reflects the love and warmth of a Christian woman living for Jesus. The result was people of all walks of life were attracted to her by the reflection of His love.
