Dr. Parker’s practical experience extends over several decades in the public and private sectors. His service in the US Air Force included roles such as Base Commander, Squadron Commander, UN Forces-Korea staff, NATO HQ staff, US/USSR Treaty staff, and others. He served in leadership roles with state government and multiple positions in private industry. He currently is President of Parker Resource Management, LLC, a management and leadership consulting practice. Dr. Parker’s expertise includes Leadership, Project/Program Management, and Facility Management.
