Dr. L. E. Ricks is an educational trainer and leader, entrepreneur, author, and a dynamic speaker. He has an extensive background in school counseling (k-12) and educational leadership in the public school setting. He currently works as a school administrator in a Virginia Public School Division. He has also worked as an adjunct professor, teaching School and Community Relations courses at Regent University’s Graduate School of Education in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He has spoken to scores of elementary, middle and high school students, parents, and teachers about college readiness, career planning, bullying, cultural responsive instruction, positive behavior interventions, self-esteem building, goal setting, conflict resolution, and decision-making strategies.
