Chigbo Ugwuoke is the Chairman of the Institute for Career and Character Development (ICCD). He is the CEO of Goforthebest International and the former UK Country director of UNESCO Center for Global Education. He is a Coaching Standards Authority (CSA) and International Association of Professions (IAP) certified master coach. He is a career coach, public speaker and an author. He is a graduate of the Law Faculty of Enugu State University in Nigeria and BPP Law College, London. Chigbo is the founder of the Association of Nigerian Professional Coaches, Trainers and Consultants. He is a member of The Nigerian Bar Association and The Law Society of England and Wales. He is an expert in this field not solely because he is a CSA and IAP certified career coach but because he has himself experienced career ups and downs.
