Marlene Chabot, a native Minnesotan who currently resides in Elk River, has been writing mysteries since 1995. Her freelancing career for magazines, such as Her Voice, and other entities in the Central Lakes area began in 2007. A member of Sisters in Crime and Marco Island Writers, Marlene received a B.S. degree in education, an A.A.S. business marketing degree and a certificate from the Institute of Children’s Literature.
