The Author, “Arthur” is an enigma. Unfortunately, no one knows his birth year, or place, other than he was likely born in Lynn, MA. He was married several times. But we do know that the above photo was in 1937, prior to the birth of Margret Ruppel in 1942. His apparent age in the above photo is likely mid- to late-40’s. He was married probably in 1940, and therefore was likely born prior to 1900, probably circa 1890.
