Lawrence Didsbury is an author with a background that includes a fifteen year career in hotel and restaurant management, and a later career of the same length in information technology. As an IT analyst and technical author he has published a number of articles on software, regulatory compliance technology and data storage. An avid reader of "explorer stories" as a child, Lawrence began his traveling adventures in earnest as a young U.S. Marine. After a few decades of "playing the game" in the corporate world, Lawrence has returned to living his dream as a traveling writer and consultant, exploring and learning new things full-time on the road.
