He serves as the global chair of N2Growth’s culture transformation practice and is a popular business columnist and author. Jim specializes in leadership, strategic planning, business transformation, culture design and executive coaching. Assisting dozens of exceptional organiza-tions for more than 30 years, he can claim such diverse corporations as The Home Depot, General Dynamics, Mitsui Sumitomo and Accenture as clients. Jim has been a featured guest on various business programs airing on Fox News, SiriusXM and CBS Ra-dio.
