Jerry never had any need to ask a favor of Tony but upon finding out he is terminal and Tony finding out about his situation, he decides to call in a favor off The Pledge Tony made to him. Jerry's request not only entails Tony keeping his secret from his wife Kelci and their grown up children, but to also court Kelci and eventually marry her after he passes on.
