Shane Mielke (aka Pixelranger) is a Freelance Creative Director, Designer, Front-End Developer, Animator, Photographer, Author, Speaker, Coach and Cyberdyne Systems T-1000 Model 101 living in Southern California, USA. For 10 years he was the Creative Director at 2Advanced Studios. He has designed, developed or animated 36 FWA Sites of the Day, 4 FWA Mobile Sites of the day, 2 FWA Sites of the Month, 2 Awwwards and 3 Adobe® Cutting Edge Awards. His work has been featured in over 50 magazines including: Advanced Photoshop, Web Designer, Net and Computer Arts Projects. He has also served as a judge for the Adobe® Design Achievement Awards, Flash in the Can Awards, Digital Artist Awards, .net Awards and the prestigious FWA Site of the Year. In 2014 Shane was honored by .Net Magazine as one of the top 50 Designers in the world. When not reclined in front of the computer and getting minimal hours of sleep, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, CrossFit, traveling and engaging in the relentless pursuit of photography.
