Gin Stephens lives in Augusta, Georgia, where she has been following an intermittent fasting lifestyle since 2014. Since Gin also has two teenage sons, one husband, and three cats, she is thankful for intermittent fasting, which makes her life easier! Gin manages two intermittent fasting Facebook groups, with a growing intermittent fasting community from around the world.
