Millions of acres were returned to productivity through his conservation measures. The story is endless about the values and successes which were attained. The program only died because the war started and all the youth who were engaged in the CCC were either drafted or went to work in the war factories. That Bill was never rescinded by Congress and still is available to just be reopened, and financed to become viable once more. With this small book I have manage to introduce my readers to solutions which will serve EDUCATION extremely well and cure most of the nagging problems which are getting worse as we create new and more complex programs , bolstered by huge amounts of dollars to fix what's broke. I offer solutions to truancy, drop outs, rising costs, and violence. Anyone with common sense can undrstand the simple solutions which have worked for many years. I also offer another page out of our history books to solve the problems of prison over-population, unemployment by our inner-city youth, gang violence, welfare, drugs and teen age, unwed pregnancy. With my solutions we can reduce shoplifing, car and home burglary and street crime violence and murder. We have an aging infrastructure which could be bolstered and repaired with my simple solutions and solve many of our vexing immigration and drug smuggling problems. The most amazing part is that all of this can be affordable using the monies saved from abolishing or harshly reducing the monies spent of welfare, prisons and law enforcement. You owe it to yourself to give this book a chance to open your eyes, refresh your thinking and teach you an important history lesson in one easy dose.
