A Midwest business man (Rodney Faber) in the has made a fortune with non-union trucking of fresh meats from the Midwest to Las Vegas and Southern California. His illegal cargo of knock-off liquor, weapons and illegal immigrants escaping from Cuba is even more profitable. Life in the 1960s and 1970s is good. Suddenly, the Kansas City and Chicago Mafia are in a disarray from the FBI's intervention in their turf wars, skimming, money laundering and pension frauds in Las Vegas.
