The most widely-held investment in the United States is the employer-sponsored plan, typically in the form of the 401(k). Americans save into it diligently for decades, yet as they approach their retirement, most people are not aware of the many options available to them both before and after they retire. The goal of this book is to guide you through the many options you have with your 401(k) and to provide you with the clarity you need to make the important decisions that will provide the foundation for you and your family's financial future.
