Dean is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, U.S. Naval War College and U.S. Navy Communications School. He is a Vietnam Veteran and was a Navy Commander, who held Top Secret Security clearance to serve three Admiral Staffs during the Vietnam war. He now uses his extraordinary experiences and leadership skills to convert his passion for giving hope to the hopeless by facilitating the life changes for men and women from all over the country and beyond, as Executive Director of Faith Farm Ministries. Lives are changed at this premier national model free residential drug and alcohol addiction recovery program with 445 beds at three South Florida locations. Prior to joining Faith Farm Ministries in June 2007, Mr. Webb’s experience included being a Merrill Lynch stockbroker, as well as a researcher on Wall Street in the Stock Watch program with the responsibility of spotting irregular trading patterns. Subsequently, Dean was President of his own securities firm, his own commercial property syndication firm and served on several non-profit Boards. He was a Board Member and acting President of Larry Burkett’s non-profit, Christian Financial Concepts, Inc., growing revenues 50% in just four years, prior to its merger with Crown Ministries. Dean is married to Cindy Miller from Romeoville, IL (Chicago area) and has two amazing daughters, Catherine & Christine. He has two incredible son-in-laws: Michael Williams in Investments and Insurance, and Dr. Andrew Steinhauser, in education. He has four grandsons and one granddaughter. Dean is very blessed.
