Professor Alessandro Brun holds a Master Degree with distinction in Production and Management Engineering and a PhD on the same subject. Teacher of Quality Management and Luxury Management courses at Politecnico di Milano, is Director of Master in Global Luxury Goods and Services Management. His main research streams are related to Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Operational Improvements in luxury goods and premium services. He is founder of the Sustainable Luxury Academy and the International Workshop in Luxury Retails, Operations and Supply Chain Management.
