An ancient love won’t be abated, For they two are the Fated. A long held secret. A mysterious stranger. A revelation that changes everything. Quiet bookworm Bethany Hall is just a normal teenager, living in the sleepy town of Stonebridge with her sports obsessed twin brother Ryan and their unassuming parents, Jonas and Saria. On the surface, Beth’s life seems a mundane routine of school and homework but the twins know their mother is hiding a secret that they are determined to uncover. Then the handsome Lukas Castle arrives in town, captivating Beth’s attention. With him comes a whirlwind that rocks her safe world to the core as all of her family’s long held secrets come tumbling out... Suddenly caught in the cross fire of a centuries-old family feud, it falls to Beth to discover the truth before it’s too late to save the people she loves the most.

C. L. Abrams is a thirty-year-old mum of four little people, and has been happily married to her husband Tim since 2012. She lives in a small town in Lincolnshire, England and by day works at a supermarket. This is her first published novel, although she has been writing for as long as she can remember, starting with a diary and following on to short stories and finally novels. Whilst her reading interests vary considerably, her first love was young adult paranormal romances, so it made sense that her first novel would be in that genre! As for hobbies outside of reading and writing, she loves animals and frequently attends fun days as a member of South Lincs Herpetological Society to help educate and encourage a love of all things reptile-shaped. She also has a bad Netflix habit and loves to watch full box-sets of a variety of TV shows.
