Synopsis

1947: Humans were visited by extra-terrestrial beings of an unknown origin. Worldwide governments covered it up. 1992: Search for Extra-Terrestrial Life (SETL) received a message from deep space. This was never disclosed publicly. 2015: The unknown alien lifeforms were heading back toward Earth and would enter our atmosphere on June 21st. Three months prior to the date, world leaders decided to go public. I was a Journalist and a Blogger reporting on the species-altering events that year. Please follow my account of how society reacted and ultimately changed forever as a result of the truly historic revelations. My aim? To ensure human beings of the future are made aware of what we went through during the year 2015 -- the year we made contact...again. My name? Tristan Lafferty.

Part time, unpaid writer, who likes coffee and Jaffa Cakes. Writing is my outlet away from everybody and everything. Just me, myself, my mind, a laptop, a flat white coffee, and a strange obsession with Aliens...Hence my debut indie novel 'Unearthed Documents' -- telling the story of how Humankind coped after they were informed of a previous and future visit by unknown intelligent life-forms. My mind is full to the brim of future sci-fi stories to tell, but it also has space to enable blogging about being a father to a daughter. (She's not an Alien). My ultimate dream is to be able to write stories for a living. Preferably whilst sitting in a quirky coffee shop in a sun-drenched, vibrant city somewhere...with my daughter sitting next to me sipping on a Babyccino and passing me my Jaffa Cakes from the changing bag.
