I am Philip Petersen and have mainly been interested in military hardware and shooting for a s far back as I can remember. I was the Parachute Regiment Cadet Storeman at Royal Russell School in Croydon from about age 13 and it all grew from there, I wrote my first book at 12 in a school excercise book whilst bored in class and was probably looking out the window when they taught us grammar ! I also planned for these books to become films and so have actually written in items I already have. Ross's Land Rover, The SAS Chevrolet Astro, all weaponry and uniforms, radios and have made inroads into recruiting cast members. I know most of the James Bond and Harry Potter production team so will be using a few of them and will be filming in the locations in the books. Filming will be in a reality style with no background music unless actually put on via a music making device i.e. car radio etc. Back to me. I left school after O'Levels as my Mother moved us all to Corfu after reading Gerald Durrells My Family And Other Animals. We were there for about 10 years. I became one of Kavos' first DJs. I dabbled in sound and built a sound studio at every house I owned and still have most equipment from my first 25000.00p studio package. I left my 40000.00p a year job to look after my Mother and so bought a house with an Annexe in West Wales moving the whole family there in 2006. I have since set up websites for various subjects. The SA80 Man is also a Facebook page along with GPMG, The Abbot Register and can all be accessed from the Project X website at www.project-x.org.uk also where The X Team filming pages can be accessed via Project X Filmworks.
