Synopsis
Back in World War II, the OSS (Office of Strategic Services), the forerunner of the CIA, passed out these manuals to foreigners sympathetic to the war effort. Inside were simple suggestions to help sabotage things in the workplace to keep the trains from running on time, and to help the allies with minimal risk.
