Inspired from the near catastrophic evacuation of Dunkirk, the LST (Landing Ship, Tank) enabled the amphibious counterattack against the Japanese. Chris Marchman grew up listening to the many tall tales of his grandfather, Grady Lemar Marchman. With no idea of the amount of work he had signed up for, Chris decided to document the stories and history of his grandfather's old ship.
