Jon Dye has been an accountant for over 20 years working in the fields of risk, controls and assurance. Jon worked initially for over 10 years with PwC, the international accountancy firm. Subsequently, he was the Head of SOX compliance for a UK bank, where he was responsible for designing, implementing and running a SOX compliance framework across the business. More recently, Jon has been the CFO and Director of a number of not-for-profit organizations and also provides training on SOX compliance issues for clients.
